At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags to ensure food safety. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your coffee or brewing equipment.

    Review Eligibility

    Our team will verify if your request meets our safety guidelines for a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the product type.

  • 3.
    Prepare Return Shipment

    For non-perishable items like grinders or brewers, securely package the unused item in its original packaging with the provided RMA label.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim for perishable goods is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
