How soon after roasting is my coffee shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and order size.
