It's no secret that we're fans of cold brew. It's on tap year 'round here at FRC. However, there are those of us that wanted something with a little more snap. Something darker - something bolder. An icicle-between-the-eyes guaranteed brain freeze. We thawed out our frozen roastmaster and gave him our demands. And oh, did he ever come through!

Using a blend of organic Arabica coffee beans from around the world, this extra dark, extra bold, outstandingly smooth cold brew has notes of dark brown sugar and roasted hazelnut along with a hint of cocoa and toffee. If you love cold brew like we love cold brew - and you're not afraid of the dark - then Dark & Bold Organic Frostbite is a dream come true.

Frostbite Filter Packs

Frostbite Filter Packs make delicious cold brew coffee concentrate at home without any additional equipment. We dialed in the grind to optimize flavors for the required immersion time, then we bundled the coffee into convenient 2 oz sachets for pitchers. All you need is water!

Frostbite by the pitcher:

Each resealable bag contains twelve 2-ounce sachets of FRC Frostbite - enough for one and a half gallons of cold brew concentrate.

Instructions:

1. Place two 2 oz Frostbite Cold Brew Filter Packs in a sealable container and fill the container with 4 cups of fresh, filtered water. Stir gently to saturate
2. Brew for 14 to 24 hours. The longer you steep, the stronger your cold brew concentrate will be
3. Carefully remove the filter packs and add 3-4 cups of water to your concentrate (adjust to your taste) and stir well
4. Serve over ice for café-quality cold brew right out of your refrigerator

Store cold brew in the fridge for up to a week - but it's so good it won't last nearly that long!
